Edwin Adami started the Adami Insurance Agency in 1985 at 301 1st Avenue, Rock Falls IL. He sold life insurance for ten years through Northwestern Mutual before starting his own business. When he started his own agency, he also added property and casualty insurance. He worked alone for the first two-three years before he hired any employees. He added one staff member to assist him in 1988 and a second in 1991. In 1995, when the agency outgrew that location, it was moved to the current location.
712 1st Avenue, Rock Falls IL. (formerly the Dairy Dream). The agency now employs three full-time staff members plus Edwin. Staff members are: Meagan Dirks - Agency Manager/Agent, Rachel Tate - Agent / CSR, and Diane Young - Agent / CSR. The staff members at Adami Insurance Agency are truly "Local Agents Serving Local People." Also, the agency now offers a full line of insurance products and services that include, but are not limited to: Auto, Home, Commercial, Health, Life, Recreational, Motorcycles, Motor Scooters, Boats, Personal Watercraft, and Snowmobiles.
